Dynamic Flexibility - Bridge Work
Dynamic flexibility works to improve proprioception, control, flexibility and strength. I tried this at home as someone who is quite familiar with working in bridge and wheel poses. I found the movements, which are seemingly simple, to provide quite a bit of challenge. I’m hoping to incorporate these methods in my yoga and strength training practice.
